From what I’ve been previously told, Shanghai did require an exclusivity cause for the land as well. While the will likely be up in 28, I’m still not sold that the current iteration is coming elsewhere.

Not entirely true. Current rumors point to DAW moving to Moana instead of Avatar.

Except you can’t remove the full transportation hub, as they’ll need some of that space still.

There’s nothing stopping them from running both currently, besides them being cheap.

From what I’ve been told, most of FFP would not make it. It would be greatly reduced. Like I said, not saying that they can’t do something, just that a full parade will not work.

Those are all quite smaller than your average parade float. You also have to take into account that 90 degree turn, which is too sharp for most parade floats. Sure, if you did just car characters, and some tweener floats they would work. Cars Land just wasn’t built for parade viewing though.

Except there is no way to run a full parade through Cars Land.

Hyperion used AGVA performers, which hasn’t involved any recent disputes.

I believe this is the building they are now using as TDA East.

Timing was a large factor. Usually, you’ll need to do multiple show stops to ensure the majority of guest can witness what’s occurring. I think disneyland usually aimed for 3. Doing that would add time to the overall parade time, which leads directly into fireworks.

No performers have been added during this run. During the 60th the parade had 4 jellyfish and sometimes 4 frozen dancers.

There’s been a couple issues with the lifts along with parts, so they’ve been all taken offline until reliable fixes can be completed.

Ballroom dancers were actually just recently cut due to Disney not being able to get the costumes working. There’s a post circulating online how the cast members from those roles just found out opening night, and are now out hours/jobs.

Show was moved back 5 minutes to help with Paint the Night. No prep work has begun for the dragon, and I wouldn’t expect to see a new one until 2027 at the earliest.
