is the road next to the show building going to stay open or are they going to have to close it eventually?

I hate 3D glasses they give me a headache so I'm cool with this change but it's just a shame they didn't decide this when they built it so we could have possible more scenes and props.

love seeing the photos of all the open land. interesting to consider the railroad will still need to cut right through the middle of that. doesn't seem like that much space really when you add in a mini river. They could clear out more next to and behind the haunted mansion. if big thunder does...

I'm glad they are making the area more aesthetically pleasing. They could do the same with the center area in front of the theatre because that area basically all concrete as well.

They are closing permanently as Disney will be re-doing that entire walkway area. (Ripping everything out, working on adjusting the views/ land elevation etc). I just don’t know when.

A lot of people don’t realize everything along the walkway in Frontierland is gonna get torn down (as it should, I am all for preserving things but with Rivers gone keeping all that infrastructure just makes no sense) anyone know when exactly they will close down Westward Ho, Big Al’s, etc?

I remember being so excited to try the cupcake atm and it wasn't operational when I went. never tried again.

Jennifer Garner has cancelled her Candlelight Processional appearance for December 3-4, what would have been her first time. She will be replaced by Susan Egan who will also be making her first Candlelight appearance. ..

For those not keeping track, there are now 2 Starbucks at Flamingo Crossings on opposite sides of Western Way (and a Dunkin Donuts :D The Panda Express is about to open, and they are building Sonic Drive Inn and Flatlands Bar & Grill. .

Flamingo Crossings got some new holiday decorations this year as well. I had been waiting the last few years when they would do more in that area so when I drove by and saw them I was happily surprised.

They are re-doing the outside area as well remember ..

I saw Ashley Eckstein when she filled in last minute for Ann-Margret two years ago, she was fantastic, I was surprised they didn't give her a spot last year (apparently she has always been on the back-up list) so I'm glad she got a spot for herself this year.
