We had wonderful experiences with all CM's on our most recent trip. Had quite a few nice, brief chats with them, too. I can't honestly say that I noticed a single CM looking disgruntled, they were all professional to a tee. However, we noticed quite a lot of rude and even unsanitary behavior...
