The Epcot after 4pm pass is designed t o be sold in conjunction with the Disney Dinning Experience Card. I believe the pass has been discontinued though.

There was a test a year or so ago at Epcot that allowed users to get more than one FastPass. I think if I remember right, they were looking at how many people would use that option if it was unlocked.

The song is called Dream Begins and it is on the Parade Rehearsal CD. As someone mentioned, ask at mousebits. Those that have the CD aren't supposed to share it and the audio on the CD is coded so you can't import it.

Tickets that do not have a the Park Hopper Option added to the ticket can not use multiple days to enter a different park. That would be Park Hopping. If you hold just a BASE ticket, it is 1 theme park per day even on EMH.

I can assure you as a lead at MK Main Entrance that the system will not take a day off until we hit the reboot button.

I should clarify that any WDW Tickets used at Disneyland will result in a decremented day on the ticket. i know it is not the norm to accept the tickets but, it is my understanding it is done since a WDW ticket costs more than a Disneyland Ticket.

You are correct that Disneyland Resort Ticketing has allowed the use of WDW tickets at their gates. It is unofficial and could disappear at any time. This is done as a courtesy for the guests. WDW does take Disneyland Ticket Media but will convert the remaining value to a credit to be used...
