    Photo editing

    I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom too. But for beginners who do not want to spend. the freeware Photoscape has some really good features.

    Dull photos?

    photos usually really do look better at smaller sizes. the noise is less noticeable at smaller sizes like in the LCD of the camera. Try shooting at lower ISO because higher ISO usually tend to be grainier and colors lose their real saturation.

    Optimal photo kit for WDW?

    if money is no issue then i'd probably get a 300mm or 400mm lens with 2.8 aperture capability that would be really great. What I recommend tho, in a more realistic sense would be an 18-200mm lens. covers everything you would need. 1.8 aperture prime lens would also come in handy for portrait shots
