News Disney World Offers $499 All-Year Park Access for Military Families in 2026

They are doing a military pass to compete against Universal. They offer something very similar called the military freedom pass, and it is around $240. It doesn't offer any AP benefits like discounts or parking but is very cheap.

MK All-New Nighttime Parade Disney Starlight Set to Debut at Magic Kingdom in 2025

It's good, but feels a bit stagnant..? The music doesn't seem to match the parade's feeling, similar to what you got with the last parade or Paint the Night in California. It feels very out of order with the order of the floats.

    Any news on POFQ refurb?

This is one of the best resorts at Disney World—great accessibility, easy-to-reach rooms, and yummy beignets that are better than the MK ones.

    News Disney’s Q2 FY25 Earnings Results Webcast

It can be depending on the restaurant. If you’re trying to get Olivia’s Café at old Key West, which has amazing chicken, you can probably get that same day. The better measure is the availability of the harder restaurants that often are booked up 60 days in advance. Like Toppolinos...

    News Disney’s Q2 FY25 Earnings Results Webcast

Disney also has some rather unique deals... those Disney+ deals for July are pretty deep. And 2026 bookings for domestic US have free dining promos for kids if the adults get one. News Disney’s Q2 FY25 Earnings Results Webcast

This is a big point—like it or not, Disney has trained people to expect a major price tag when visiting their parks. So no one's really shocked when the Polynesian runs $800 a night or when a single-day ticket to Magic Kingdom hits $200. Universal, on the other hand, is seen as the cheaper...

    News Disney’s Q2 FY25 Earnings Results Webcast

It's not a conspiracy. And I apologize if that's a tone I'm using, which is not my intention. It refers to the fact that, should domestic or global economic growth slow, vacations will be one of the first things to be cut. Since TWDC requires only a $200 deposit for a trip, it is relatively...

    News Disney’s Q2 FY25 Earnings Results Webcast

TWDC is also more likely to cater to economic demographics that are less likely to cancel trips due to economic pressures. TWDC will still feel an impact, just not as much as SeaWorld or chain hotels on 192. Disney bubble impact.

    News Disney’s Q2 FY25 Earnings Results Webcast

It's only a $200 deposit to book a WDW package. So if they have cancellations, they won't show up till later.

News New 2025 Florida Resident Summer Magic Ticket Starts at $60 Per Day at Disney World

Very rare! Disney has rarely ever offered 2-day tickets for FL residents! Normally, a FL RES 3-day ticket was similar to the cost of a 2-day ticket/

News Free Disney Dining Plan for Kids Coming to Walt Disney World in 2026

Isn't the dining plan originally cheap for kids? It's the adults who have a higher cost.
